The Global HR Management Challenge: Solved!

As companies become more global, HR must take certain steps to respect the local culture, laws, regulations, and practices of each individual country that is a part of the organization. Global HR management poses a number of challenges for HR departments. Supporting different languages for system users, supporting salaries in U.S. and local currencies, accommodating cultural differences (terminology differences, meeting governance and compliance requirements of each local entity in each country) as well as data security and controls can all be an issue for global organizations.
NuViewHR is deployed internationally, under a single, global HR umbrella. The unique and flexible design allows global organizations to roll-out the system on a global basis, accounting for data, language, currency and cultural differences, and data security and compliance requirements, within a single, global HR platform.
Key Global capabilities include:
Localization of forms
Localization of Data
Global Date Format Management
Global Currency Management
Correct Data Formatting
Multiple Languages
Data Privacy/Country Specific Rules

Compliance
The key to Global HR management is the underlying technology platform, NuViewTools, which allows clients to customize virtually any part of the system – from menus, tabs, forms and help text, to adding unlimited fields and tables – to creating new workflow, alerts, reports, queries, imports and exports – for use in multiple languages, and in different countries, around the globe.
In addition to NuViewTools, NuViewHR includes a dynamic International Regulator that allows clients to define fields, controls, hide or show menus or tabs and other items for each specific country. Some concepts are unique to a particular country, for example collecting certain personal data about employees. The work of the international regulator allows for these unique differences by allowing objects throughout the application to be localized. For example, if a country, such as France does not collect “Ethnicity/Race”, the data entry element is not present. If a country, such as Canada, collects information regarding “Social Insurance Expiry Date”, then the data entry elements are present for that country. This behavior is dynamic and can be configured by the user.
NuViewHR transform HR departments into Global Strategy Delivery Centers, helping them engage employees, provide key metrics to senior management and manage the transactional and strategic sides of HR, driving efficiency, better decision making and alignment with the organizational goals.
