New Release Includes Comprehensive Enhancements to NuView Product Suite
NuView Systems, Inc, a leader in Global HR and Payroll Software, announces today the release of NuViewHR® version 4.15. NuView Systems continues to establish their strong positioning as a comprehensive Global Leader by devoting an entire release to product enhancements. “This release is a direct result of our client feedback,” states Shafiq Lokhandwala, CEO. “4.15 builds on flexibility and improves the user experience.”
The release includes new features suggested by our clients from our focus group sessions and annual user conference. Additionally, all of the numerous additional enhancements are detailed in Release Notes provided to clients.
Highlights of NuViewHR® version 4.15 include:
- HR and Benefits Administration
The relationship between the coverage level and the benefit is more flexible, position change allows for a new EML insertion and enhanced supervisor transfer process.
Single Country Configuration -- Added functionality to display single country functionality.
Enhancements to Performance Management enable adding future goals to a current performance review.
Expanded use for mobile devices including company directory.
Updates to the employee calendar enable management and tracking of holidays and increased flexibility to Timesheets.
Ability for employees to access paychecks and year-end information and enhanced functionality of payroll auditing. Comprehensive use of multi-currency within NuViewHR.
- System Performance Improvements
Grouped authorizations, user interface enhancements, version-specific online help, consistent structuring of address information, and more.
Training calendar enhancements include viewing training history, tracking reimbursement costs, and monitoring notifications status.
Crystal reports refactoring; integration of SQL server reporting; and new standard reports for Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, and Training.
